rpm - db3 error keywords : rpm rebuilddb initdb db3 dbenv Resource temporarily unavailable # rpm -qa | grep ssl rpmdb: unable to join the environment error: db3 error(11) from dbenv->open: Resource temporarily unavailable error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Resource temporarily unavailable (11) # rpm --rebuilddb some guy also recommended to perform rpm --initdb, but the error vanished after doing the rebuild, so I didnt try this command and I didnt even look up what its supposed to do. serial : 384 If you found any nonsense in this entry or want to see important improvements, I would appreatiate to receive your comments at knowledge@goldfisch.at disclaimer : all these entries are part of my very private knowledgebase that I created while solving problems.
