Postfix Basics

Postfix tries to simulate most of known sendmail-commands, but its time to learn the “real” commands:

postqueue -f   flush the queue (try to deliver all mails in the queue)

postmap -q pilsl@ihf-hr.org  ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap-aliases.cf

one should not post the main.cf, but the output of

postconf -n    prints all settings that are not default
