Make Ubuntu Live-CD halt or reboot without ejecting cd-tray and waiting for keystroke

Sometimes you want your ubuntu-live-cd work for some hours and the reboot (and boot to your harddisk as set as default in bios) and you cant, cause it asks for “please remove the cd and press a key”.

Solution is easy: remove all casper-references in rc0.d and rc6.d

rm -f /etc/rc?.d/*casper

Tested with ubuntu 7.10 - Live CD
