recreate mailman-archive

We just have the mbox-files and want to create the whole mailman-archive including the html-files. I ran into the problem when moving a mailman-list from one server to another and only got the mbox-file and a few txt.gz-files.

newer mailmans come with the arch-tool that does the job.

/usr/local/mailman/arch LISTNAME /tmp/listname.mbox
